Return & Refund
Cancellation:
We accept order cancellation before the product is produced or shipped. You will get a full refund when your order is canceled. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

If you are not satisfied with our product, we would be happy to hear your suggestions and provide assistance. Please contact us via crushimo@hotmail.com and provide specific details regarding your situation.
A few things to note:
- Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services, please make sure to thoroughly inspect the products before making the payment. If there are any issues or if the products are not what you expected, you have the option to reject the delivery. In such cases, the products will be returned to us, and we will cover all associated costs.
- If there are any quality issues with our product, such as damage or defects, within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact us immediately. We can choose to reissue a new product for you to ensure that you receive a high-quality item. Alternatively, we can process a refund or provide corresponding compensation for you. After the 7-day period, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process a refund. However, if the issue is not related to the product's quality, we apologize that we may not be able to provide a refund service. Nevertheless, we will still make every effort to provide you with a satisfactory resolution.
- If you are truly dissatisfied with our product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will provide you with detailed instructions and the necessary address for returning the product to us.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products that may affect secondary sales.
